Super de Moono!

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone!  I hope it's all kinds of fun for everyone.

I was going to head downtown to the radio 104.5 concert thing in Nothern Liberties but I'm working till 5 and the concert starts at 3:45.  I thought I was going to be able to catch the last bit of the show... but I KNOW today there will be extra traffic and it's definitely going to take more than the better part of an hour just to even get there.  Then I'll have to park and find where the show is!  That means I'll get there at 6:15 since I really don't get to my car till about 15 minutes after 5.  Then I'd get down there at 6:15 and then maybe another 15 minutes to park.  Then another 15 minutes to find the place.  So I'm guessing I would be able to get the last 15 minutes of the show.  That's definitely a no go.

So instead I've come up with a last minute alternative Cinco de Mayo plan.  I JUST found out tonight is going to be a super moon!  Soooooooooo I'm going to head home after work and then I'm going to do some things around my apartment.  Then I'm going to take my camera and head to Valley Forge and go for a run near sunset.  After the sun goes down hopefully I'll be able to snag a cooooool photo of the super moon!  Then I'll head over to the store and pick up a few things on my food list including some supplies to try and make sangria.  I'm going to just make a little one glass full amount of it.  I'm not going to try and make a big giant jug full.  Hopefully I can make something pretty yummy!  I'm probably going to go light on the wine though, just add a small amount.  Then I'll just relax and watch netflix and maybe start working on my next video project!

Tomorrow is going to be a full day.  I'll sleep in a little... then head downtown on the train to my class.  After class I'll do that whole gelato and qdoba thing.  Then I'm going to try and take the train back a little earlier than I did last week and see if I can make it back in time to get to the 6pm service at church.  We'll see.  I like going... and I get good things out of it.  So as long as I like going and I'm getting good things out of it.  I'll keep at it.  And mostly I feel like I'm supposed to be going... So I'll keep going.  I might miss a week or two here or there.  But when I can I'll go.  If I can't make it back in time I'll try for next week.  I might also get up early and go maybe to an early church either downtown or the regular victory one.  My thing is... whenever I stop going... I start to dream about it... and the dreams are pretty intense too!  But more than that I just feel drawn to it.  I can't explain it.  But yea I'm going to try and make it back for that and then after that probably go for another twillight run in Valley Forge.  I can't seem to get enough of going on sunset runs in the park.

I just love it.  It's soooo calm and relaxing and it just feels awesome.  I just put my headphones on and listen to music and run on the path and just let my imagination flow.

So that's my weekend.  Right now I'm at work.  So I'm going to get back to takin' care of business!  Stay safe and have a great festive weekend!
